对采用DEH控制系统的中间再热抽汽式汽轮机热电负荷的自整性进行了分析,对不同控制模式下系统的负荷适应性进行了研究。结果表明,由于DEH控制系统中PID调节器积分控制作用的存在,能够消除热电荷之间的相互静态干扰。新汽压力扰动时,调节级压力控制回路具有较好的瞬态响应特性;而负荷扰动时,功率控制回路具有较好的动态响应特性。因此,应根据机组的扰动情况选择控制回路。
The self-integrity of the thermoelectric load of the intermediate reheat extraction steam turbine with DEH control system is analyzed. The load adaptability of the system under different control modes is studied. The results show that due to the integral control function of PID regulator in DEH control system, mutual static interference between thermoelectric charge can be eliminated. When the pressure of Xin steam is disturbed, the pressure control loop of the regulating stage has better transient response characteristics. When the load is disturbed, the power control loop has good dynamic response characteristics. Therefore, the control loop should be selected according to the disturbance of the unit.
