目的:观察寒痹康汤对实验性关节炎大鼠的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导实验性关节炎模型,以甲氨喋呤作对照,观察大鼠的关节肿胀指数的变化,采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清TNF-α水平。结果:寒痹康汤能显著减轻大鼠关节肿胀指数、显著降低大鼠血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),其作用优于甲氨喋呤(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:寒痹康汤能下调实验性关节炎大鼠血清TNF-α的水平,是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Hanqikang decoction on serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in experimental arthritis rats and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: Bovine type II collagen was used to induce experimental arthritis. Methotrexate was used as a control to observe the change of joint swelling index of rats. The level of serum TNF-α in each group was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Hanshukang Decoction can significantly reduce the joint swelling index of rats and significantly reduce the level of serum TNF-α in rats (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and its effect is better than that of methotrexate (P<0.05 or P<0.01). ). Conclusion: Hanshukang Decoction can down-regulate the serum level of TNF-α in experimental arthritis rats, which is one of the mechanisms of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
