为避免铸件的缩孔缺陷,在铸造工艺设计中最重要的是冒口设计。文章介绍了在冒口设计中应用自动优化技术进行的基础研究,阐述了运用计算机自动地解析、修改和评价冒口直径与高度的过程,并以T型铸件为例,对铸件冒口直径与高度等2个变量进行自动优化设计,比较了优化结果,验证了冒口形状优化设计方法的实用性。
In order to avoid shrinkage defects in casting, the most important design in the casting process is riser design. This paper introduces the basic research on the application of automatic optimization technology in riser design, expounds the process of automatically analyzing, modifying and evaluating the diameter and height of riser by using computer. Taking T-type casting as an example, Height and other two variables for automatic optimization design, the optimization results were compared to verify the utility of riser shape optimization design method.
