旧建住宅厨房的面积小、结构设计不合理,给燃气罐、抽油烟机和燃气热水器等的安装和使用带来不便,存在不安全隐患,有必要对其进行改造。其改造设计思路是,宏观上采取限制使用空间和自由使用空间相结合,微观上采取肯定与预见相结合;改造设计方案为在单元厨房外增设2个多功能隔离室和1个共用烟道。该方案不仅能解决目前旧建住宅厨房的安全与环境污染问题,而且造价低、易于施工。
The small size and unreasonable structural design of old residential kitchens have brought inconvenience to the installation and use of gas tanks, range hoods, and gas water heaters. There are hidden dangers and it is necessary to transform them. The reform design idea is to combine the limited use of space and the free use of space on the macro and to adopt the combination of affirmation and foresight on the microscopic level; to redesign the plan by adding two multi-purpose isolation rooms and a common flue outside the unit kitchen. This program not only can solve the safety and environmental pollution problems of the old residential kitchens at present, but also has a low cost and is easy to construct.
