The commonly used measurement method for anti-echinococcosis drugs is generally performed in experimental animals. This method takes a long time and has a large amount of drugs. The drug screening in vitro culture, the relevant conditions easy to control, the method is simple. Since SMgtn (1962) (1) succeeded in culturing explants of Echinococcus granulosus (Eg) in vitro, it was possible to screen for anti-hydatid drugs in vitro. We established an in vitro culture method for protozoa Eg in vitro in 1981. Based on this, we performed preliminary screening of the antigen-head lice efficacy of 34 samples of 21 Tibetan drugs. In this experiment, the dose of decapterium was measured by half-effect method to determine the drug’s
