大庆炼化将文化建设与生产经营管理有机融合,为企业管理注入了新的活力。企业文化是一个企业的核心价值观。作为一个企业的精神支柱,它在企业管理中发挥着不可替代的作用。传统观念认为,一个企业为了实现它的预定目标,要对企业的人财物实施全面的控制、指挥协调,使企业的人、财、物达到最佳配置。这就是企业管理。随着企业管理实践的发展,企业界人士逐渐认识到传统管理理论对于人的管理方式的欠缺。它只是把人作为生产要素之一去合理地调度、安排,却忽略了人在生产中的主动性和创造性。人毕竟不是机器。
