分析一起ECU双通道故障引起的发动机空停事件,是由于连续点火时点火系统继电器触点颤动产生的电噪声产生非指令信号,引发了ECU的CPU故障造成。通过统计分析,研究航电设备的可靠性和故障趋势,发现航电故障总体趋于下降。此案例反映出航电设备的电噪声问题,电噪声属于电磁兼容问题中的一类电磁干扰现象,本综述根据航电设备的电磁兼容标准,从系统安全性、防水、防火保护、闪电、闪电防护要求、防静电保护等多方面,以审定和维修的角度,分析电子设备需要评估的特殊适航审定和维护要求。
Analysis of an ECU with two-channel fault caused by the engine idle stop event is due to continuous ignition of the ignition system when the contact point of electrical shock generated by the non-command signal generated noise, causing the ECU CPU failure caused.
