目的分析急诊科容易发生护患纠纷的原因并寻找相关对策,使护患关系进入良性循环。方法通过本院急诊科2006~2007两年发生的护患纠纷进行分析归类,提出对策并观察效果。结论加强护士安全意识教育和素质教育,注重沟通技巧,了解患者及家属的心理要求,提供人性化服务,规范护理文书的书写,是预防纠纷发生的关键。
Objective To analyze the causes of nurse-patient disputes prone to emergency department and to find out relevant countermeasures so that nurse-patient relationship can enter a virtuous circle. Methods Through analyzing and classifying the nurse-patient disputes occurred in emergency department of our hospital from 2006 to 2007, we put forward countermeasures and observe the effect. Conclusion It is the key to prevent disputes from strengthening nurse safety awareness education and quality education, paying attention to communication skills, understanding the psychological requirements of patients and their families, providing humanized services and standardizing the writing of nursing documents.
