中小企业是推动国民经济发展,构造市场经济主体,促进社会稳定的基础力量,在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构等方面,发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,中小企业在发展壮大的过程中一直存在各种各样的困难,本文简要介绍了美、德发达国家在促进中小企业发展过程中采取的有效措施,以期对我国发展中小企业提供参考。 SMEs play an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the national economy, constructing the market economy as the mainstay and promoting social stability. They are playing an increasingly important role in ensuring that the national economy grows moderately, alleviating employment pressure, realizing the rejuvenation of the country through science and education, and optimizing the economic structure. However, SMEs have been experiencing various difficulties in their growth and development. This article briefly introduces the effective measures taken by the developed countries in the United States and Germany to promote the development of SMEs in order to provide reference for the development of SMEs in China.
