目的了解乌鲁木齐市糖尿病患者结核病防治知识知晓情况,以及对结核病的态度、就医行为和获取结核病防治知识的渠道。方法以2015年7-12月在新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市新疆医科大学第一、第二和第五附属医院内分泌科室门诊就诊及住院部在治的确诊为2型糖尿病的患者为调查对象,开展问卷调查。结果本次共调查599例糖尿病患者,其结核病核心信息总知晓率为51.13%,核心信息全部知晓率为4.17%。7条核心信息中,糖尿病患者对结核病症状、就诊机构、免费检查和免费治疗政策知晓情况最低,分别为32.78%、40.40%、36.68%和47.65%。多元回归分析结果显示民族和受教育水平是影响糖尿病患者结核病防治知识知晓率的主要因素。64.77%的糖尿病患者存在对结核病患者歧视的态度倾向。81.83%的糖尿病患者愿意了解更多预防结核病病的卫生知识,希望了解知识的途径主要为大众媒体(67.69%)、文字性读物(48.57%)和专题宣传品(48.79%)。结论乌鲁木齐市糖尿病患者结核病防治知识知晓情况仍处于较低水平,尤其是少数民族患者和受教育水平较低者知晓率较低,今后需要加大对该人群结核病防治知识的宣传力度。
Objective To understand the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in diabetic patients in Urumqi, as well as the attitude of TB, medical treatment and access to TB prevention and treatment channels. Methods From July to December 2015 in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Medical University, Department of Endocrinology, First and Second Affiliated Hospital of Outpatient Clinic outpatient department and inpatient treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes were surveyed, the questionnaire survey. Results A total of 599 diabetic patients were surveyed. The total awareness rate of TB core information was 51.13% and the core information was 4.17%. Of the seven core messages, the lowest awareness among diabetic patients about TB symptoms, visiting institutions, free checkups and free treatment policies were 32.78%, 40.40%, 36.68% and 47.65% respectively. Multivariate regression analysis showed that ethnicity and education levels were the main factors influencing TB awareness among diabetic patients. 64.77% of diabetic patients have a tendency to discriminate against TB patients. 81.83% of diabetic patients would like to know more about TB prevention health knowledge. The main way to know about TB knowledge is through the mass media (67.69%), literary readings (48.57%) and thematic propaganda materials (48.79%). Conclusions The awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control among diabetic patients in Urumqi is still low, especially for ethnic minority patients and those with lower educational attainment. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the publicity of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge in this population in the future.
