微量锡的测定方法很多.据文献报导Sn—PV(邻苯二酚紫)-CTMAB(溴化十六烷基三甲铵)分光光度法测定锡灵敏度高,但钛及钛合金中主成份元素钛、铝、钒等有严重干扰.本文采用在6N以上硫酸介质中,用苯萃取锡的碘化物,再以水反萃取锡,可与100毫克钛、22毫克钒、6毫克铝相分离.为防止钛的水解,可在萃取前加入柠檬酸作掩蔽剂.在碘化物萃取锡时,一些金属离子也被共萃取,可用硫酸—碘化钾溶液洗涤除去,所拟订的方法成功地应用于钛及其合金中.

The proposed method has been successfully applied to titanium and its Alloy.
