干旱缺水是影响河西走廊地区农业生产的主要制约因素,提高农户农业节水技术采用水平是应对干旱的重要措施之一,研究河西农户节水技术认知及其影响因素,科学分析农户节水技术选择行为,可以为提高农户农业节水技术采用水平和转变农户用水观念提供理论支持。依据对河西绿洲灌区武威的农户调查资料,应用最优尺度回归模型对农户采取节水行为主动性程度的影响因素进行定量分析。结果表明,农户的受教育程度、耕地面积、种植业收入占家庭总收入比重、水费占种植业支出比重、农户对新技术的态度对农户采纳节水行为主动性程度有显著正向影响,务工收入占家庭总收入比重对农户采纳节水行为主动性程度有显著负向影响。最后,从促进农户对节水技术的理性认知、加快土地整合以形成规模经营、政府积极引导与扶持农户选择节水技术等方面提出了增加农户采取节水行为主动性的建议。
Drought and water shortage are the major constraints on agricultural production in the Hexi Corridor Region. Increasing the level of adoption of agricultural water-saving technologies by farmers is one of the important measures to deal with the drought. Studying the cognition of water-saving technologies and their influential factors in Hexi Corridor, The choice of technology can provide theoretical support for improving the level of agricultural water-saving technologies and changing the concept of household water use. Based on the survey data of farmers in Wuwei Irrigation District of Hexi Oasis, the optimal scale regression model was used to quantitatively analyze the influential factors of farmers’ initiative to take water saving behavior. The results showed that the education level, the cultivated area, the income of the farming industry in the total household income, the water cost in the proportion of the farming expenditure, the farmer’s attitude toward new technology had a significant positive influence on the degree of initiative of the farmer to adopt the water saving behavior, The proportion of labor income in total household income has a significant negative impact on the degree of initiative of farmers to adopt water-saving practices. Finally, suggestions are put forward to increase the initiative of farmers to take water-saving behaviors by promoting farmers’ rational cognition of water-saving technologies, accelerating land consolidation to form large-scale management, and actively guiding and supporting farmers to choose water-saving technologies.
