消费者交易信用心理,是消费者对于交易要素的掌控感,是成为特定交易启动与实现的核心因素之一。消费者交易信用心理是由若干相关因素构成的。在某些交易方式中,影响交易心理的主要是有限的个别因素;而在电子网络交易中,则几乎涉及交易实现的所有因素都对于消费者信用心理的变化起着重要作用。直面消费者信用心理瓶颈,是电子商务启动和实现的核心因素之一。
The consumer psychology of credit transaction is one of the core factors that make the start of a particular transaction and the realization of consumers’ control of the transaction elements. Consumer transactions credit psychology is constituted by a number of related factors. In some transactions, the main factors influencing the transaction psychology are limited individual factors. In the electronic network transaction, almost all the factors involved in the realization of the transaction play an important role in the change of consumer credit psychology. Facing the psychological bottleneck of consumer credit, it is one of the core factors in the launching and realization of e-commerce.
