利用植物体再生机能快速培育三倍体山杨的试验结果表明，用环状切根法１棵优树上可培育３～５株根蘖苗，山杨母条最佳栽植时期为４月１５日～４月２０日。三倍体山杨无性繁殖关键是保持旺盛的根系活力和及时培育白化茎苗。１株优良三倍体根蘖苗经过５年可培育出１０万株优良壮苗，５年后每年纯增值可达１万元。
The experiment results of rapid cultivation of triploid poplar using plant regeneration showed that 3 to 5 root tillers can be nurtured in 1 superior tree by ring cutting method and the best planting date of poplar was April 15 Day ~ April 20. Triploid aspen clonality is the key to maintain a strong root activity and timely breeding albino stem seedlings. An excellent triploid tungle seedling can cultivate 100000 excellent seedlings after 5 years, and its annual net added value can reach 10,000 yuan after 5 years.
