目的 探讨脑出血、脑梗塞与血小板、INR、APTT、FIB等凝血机制的改变的相互关系。方法 选自 2 0 0 2年 7月至 12月在我院急诊科首次就诊的 84例脑出血患者组、 70例脑梗塞患者组 ,同时随机抽取在我普外科接受手术治疗的 75例患者作对照组组 ,分别测定其血小板、PT、INR、APTT、TIB值。结果 脑梗塞组血小板明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而脑出血组与对照组无明显差异 ,脑出血与脑的PT、INR及FIB浓度均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但APTT无明显差异。结论 脑梗塞与血小板增高有关 ,脑出血与脑梗塞与PT、INR、FIB增高互为相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and changes of coagulation mechanism such as platelet, INR, APTT and FIB. Methods From July 2002 to December 2002 in our emergency department for the first time in 84 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients, 70 patients with cerebral infarction group, at the same time we randomly selected 75 patients undergoing general surgery surgery Control group, respectively, the determination of platelet, PT, INR, APTT, TIB value. Results Compared with the control group, the platelet count of cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group. The concentrations of PT, INR and FIB in cerebral hemorrhage and brain were higher than those in the control group 5), but APTT no significant difference. Conclusion Cerebral infarction is associated with increased platelet count. Cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction are related to the increase of PT, INR and FIB.
