从小蓟(Cirsium segetum)的根、茎中分离到一株细菌(XJb06.1)和两株真菌(XJf06.1,XJf06.2),经鉴定依次为球菌(Coccus)、毛霉科毛霉属(Mucoraceae Actinomucor)、丛梗孢科曲霉属(Monitiaceae Aspergil-lus).同时对所得3株菌抑菌活性进行检测.结果显示:XJb06.1对供试细菌和真菌均有抑菌活性,对供试细菌的活性物质主要在其代谢物中;XJf06.1和XJf06.2的发酵液提取物和菌丝体提取物对3种供试病原真菌均有抑菌活性,且总体上都是菌丝体提取物对病原真菌的抑制作用强于发酵液,其中)XJf06.1对苹果腐烂病原菌的抑菌活性最强,抑菌率达到了86.1%.
