目的观察3.0T磁共振质子波谱成像评价吉西他滨联合黄芪多糖注射液治疗胰腺癌模型的效果。方法选取家兔60只成功制备胰腺癌模型,采用随机数字表法分为治疗1组、治疗2组及对照组,每组20只。治疗1组家兔给予尾静脉注射多西他滨联合黄芪多糖注射液,治疗2组家兔给予尾静脉注射多西他滨注射液,对照组家兔同期给予生理盐水等量注射,共治疗2周。对3组家兔同时行3.0T磁共振质子波谱成像检查,选择单体素点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列,分析波谱成像中代谢物的表现,比较3组家兔代谢物峰显示率并计算胆固醇与不饱和脂肪酸的混合峰(Chol+Unsat)与脂肪峰(Lip)峰高的比值(Chol+Unsat/Lip)。结果 3组家兔磁共振质子波谱成像主要代谢峰包括Lip峰、Chol+Unsat峰及胆碱峰(Cho),3组家兔Cho峰显示率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值为0.316±0.125,治疗1组(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值为0.224±0.095,治疗2组(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值为0.267±0.101,治疗1组、治疗2组分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗1组与治疗2组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合黄芪多糖注射液对胰腺癌模型具有较好的治疗效果,采用3.0T磁共振质子波谱成像可通过对代谢物波谱表现等指标评估胰腺癌模型的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of gemcitabine and astragalus polysaccharide injection in the treatment of pancreatic cancer by 3.0T magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Methods Sixty rabbits were selected and successfully prepared pancreatic cancer model. The random number table was divided into treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and control group, with 20 in each group. One group of rabbits was given intravenous injection of docetaxel combined with Astragalus polysaccharide injection. Two rabbits were given docetaxel injection through caudal vein, while rabbits in control group were injected with equal volume of saline at the same time. week. 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging of proton spectroscopy was performed simultaneously on 3 rabbits. The sequence of single nucleotide polymorphism (PRESS) was used to analyze the metabolites in spectral imaging. The peak display rate of metabolites was compared and the cholesterol (Chol + Unsat) to unsaturated fatty acid (Chol + Unsat / Lip). Results The main metabolic peaks of magnetic resonance imaging in rabbits in three groups were Lip peak, Chol + Unsat peak and Cho peak. There was no significant difference in Cho peak between three groups (P> 0.05). The Chol + Unsat / Lip value was 0.316 ± 0.125, the Chol + Unsat / Lip value was 0.224 ± 0.095, the Chol + Unsat / Lip value was 0.267 ± 0.101, and the treatment group 1 (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 (P <0.05). Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with APS has a good therapeutic effect on pancreatic cancer model. The 3.0T MR proton spectroscopy imaging can be used to assess the therapeutic effect of pancreatic cancer model through the spectroscopic data of metabolites.
