引言 本文阐述扁平矩形集成电路的连接方法。详细讨论的压接方法用于火箭和地面辅助设备的控制系统中。虽然很多技术在各地已研制成功或仍在研制,但还尚未占绝对优势。在今后研究过程中,平板组装方法不妨补充研究概念中的不足。因此,有待于研制集成电路组装的技术部门进一步做出成效。 研制平板组装(图1)的目的在于找出一种具有可维护性最高的并能采用已有的制造方法
