M7120A型平面磨床,由于工作台往复运动的最大速度为18米/分,因此在快速运动换向时出现很大的冲击,常常损坏工作台左右支架,液压简拉杆被撞弯,油管破裂,影响机床导轨几何精度,不利于工件精度的提高。现介绍我厂消除该型磨床这种故障的方法,供参考。一、出现冲击的原因过于灵敏的换向、很快的关闭油路、急速改变液流速度和方向时,液压系统内就产生压力的剧烈变化,发出很大的撞击声音,这就是液压的冲击现象。为完整的理解及找出工作台换向冲击的原因,首先要明了工作台运动的换向原理。
