近四十年多来,国内外学者对隐性课程日益重视,对隐性课程的研究日益深入,作为基础教育机构的幼儿园针对幼儿的身心发展特点和需要,因地制宜地开发隐性课程的必要性与重要性不言而喻。本文对幼儿园隐性课程的独特作用进行分析,在理论研究的基础上,运用观察法、访谈法、文献法等研究方法,并结合我国幼儿园教育的实际情况,提出相应的幼儿园隐性课程实施策略,这不仅有利于发挥隐性课程潜移默化的影响作用,而且有利于培养全面发展、人格健全的幼儿,提高学前教育质量。 In the recent forty years, scholars at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the hidden curriculum, the research on the hidden curriculum is getting more and more in depth. The kindergarten, as a basic education institution, needs and needs of developing the hidden curriculum according to the local conditions And importance is self-evident. This article analyzes the unique role of kindergarten recessive curriculum. On the basis of theoretical research, this article puts forward corresponding tactics of implementation of kindergarten recessive curriculum based on the research methods of observation, interview and documentary, combined with the actual situation of kindergarten education in our country , Which not only helps to exert the subtle influence of hidden curriculum, but also helps to develop the children with all-round development and sound personality and improve the quality of preschool education.
