OX40配体蛋白基因多态性与冠心病的相关性研究

目的研究中国人群OX40配体蛋白基因(TNFSF4)单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的关系。方法从北京同仁医院和北京朝阳医院选取冠心病患者369例和匹配的对照组360例。并记录所有研究对象的病史、体格检查等临床资料及其它流行病学资料,采取聚合酶链式反应和限制性酶切片断长度多态性分析方法(PCR-RFLP)检测各组TNFSF4基因rs3850641位点A/G的基因型并统计各组的基因型频率。结果冠心病组rs3850641 G等位基因型频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。并在校正了年龄、性别、高血压病史、糖尿病史、甘油三脂和胆固醇等传统危险因素的影响后,这种相关性依然存在(P=0.039)。结论TNFSF4基因rs3850641位点A/G多态性中G等位基因可能是中国人冠心病发病的独立危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of OX40 ligand protein gene (TNFSF4) and coronary heart disease in Chinese population. Methods 369 coronary heart disease patients and 360 matched controls were selected from Beijing Tongren Hospital and Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. The clinical data and other epidemiological data of all the subjects were recorded, and the rs3850641 position of TNFSF4 gene in each group was detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) Point A / G genotype and statistical genotype frequency of each group. Results The frequency of rs3850641 G allele in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Correlations still existed (P = 0.039) after adjusting for age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, triglycerides, cholesterol and other traditional risk factors. Conclusion The G allele of A / G polymorphism at locus rs3850641 in TNFSF4 gene may be one of the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease in Chinese.
