供电企业的用电业务是较早采用计算机技术的领域之一。从最初的用于电费计算、报表处理至今,已经进入了用电综合分析、管理阶段。目前,全国大部分地区电业局都实现了部分业务的计算机管理,其他多数县局近两年也在逐步应用计算机管理。如何构建出一个良好的电力销售软件环境,也成为了各电力集团公司“增供扩销”的一个工作重点。电力企业迫切地希望通过信息技术为企业的管理和经营提供科学有效的管理手段,从而积极地进行电力营销业务的规范化、统一工作标准、提升企业对外的服务形象以及优化企业内部工作流程等各项管理改革措施。
