紫花苜蓿是重要的牧草作物,培育优质苜蓿对于畜牧业的发展具有十分重要的意义。随着分子生物学的不断发展,利用基因工程技术对紫花苜蓿进行遗传改良已成为培育优良品种的重要途径。本文从苜蓿品质改良、提高抗逆性、抗病虫害、抗除草剂及转抗原基因等方面对基因工程在紫花苜蓿遗传改良研究中的应用及最新进展进行综述,阐述了基因工程在紫花苜蓿遗传改良中应用的优缺点并就紫花苜蓿基因工程遗传改良今后的发展方向做出展望。
Alfalfa is an important forage crop and cultivation of high-quality alfalfa is very important for the development of animal husbandry.
