我国正走向消费主导型经济时代,消费对经济的拉动作用十分明显,因而对零售市场消费者行为的研究日趋重要。广东作为改革开放的前沿省区,零售消费市场行为的变化趋势具有一定的代表性,表现为消费结构升级加快,方式多样化,消费刺激因素趋变,对单店的忠诚趋降,新兴业态吸引力增强。政府和企业应采取相应政策措施,以满足适应消费者行为变化的新需求,提高零售业的国际竞争力。
