为满足长江防洪规划的需要,以计算机技术量算了1998年长江宜昌至沙市河道地形图。考虑洞庭湖严重顶托影响,建立了以莲花塘水位为参数的宜昌至沙市河段的槽蓄曲线,并用河段水量平衡方法进行了检验分析。应用到大洪水年份河段洪水演进中,显著地提高了洪水过程特别是最高洪水位的拟合精度。历次槽蓄量对比分析表明,本河段槽蓄量变化较为稳定。与传统方法比较,计算机技术具有高精度、高工效等显著优点。
In order to meet the needs of flood control planning in the Yangtze River, the topographic map of the Yichang-Shashi River in the Yangtze River in 1998 was calculated by computer technology. Taking account of the serious top-supporting effect of Dongting Lake, a groove-storage curve of Yichang-Shashi reach with the lotus pond water level as a parameter was established and tested with the water balance method in the reach of the river. Applying to the flood evolvement of years of great flood, the fitting accuracy of flood process, especially the highest flood level, was significantly improved. The comparative analysis of the previous storage shows that the storage capacity of this reservoir is stable. Compared with the traditional methods, computer technology has the obvious advantages of high precision and high work efficiency.
