分析了(火积)耗散与热量传递、功热转换、自由膨胀、等温物质扩散等热力学过程不可逆性之间的关系.研究表明,对于功热转换、自由膨胀和等温物质扩散3种不可逆过程,均存在熵产而不存在(火积)耗散,因此(火积)耗散不能反映这些过程的不可逆性.对于热量传递过程,熵产和耗散同时存在,表明(火积)耗散只能反映与热量传递过程相关的不可逆性.进一步,对内可逆热力学循环的不可逆性进行了分析.由于内可逆循环将所有的不可逆性归结为工质与热源之间传热过程的不可逆性,因此(火积)耗散能反映这一类循环的不可逆性.以内可逆卡诺循环为例进行了计算验证.
