消化系统恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类健康,目前人们对此类恶性肿瘤的发生与发展机制还缺乏完整的认识。Hedgehog信号通路在胚胎发育、成熟器官形成及形态维持中扮演着重要角色。随着研究的进一步深入,人们发现Hedgehog信号通路的异常激活参与多种消化系统恶性肿瘤的形成与发展,例如胃癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌等。探讨Hedgehog信号通路在消化系统恶性肿瘤形成及发展中的作用将有助于消化系统恶性肿瘤发病的分子机制研究,为消化系统恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供重要的理论及实验基础。
Digestive system malignancies pose a serious threat to human health. At present, people do not have a complete understanding of the occurrence and development of such malignancies. The Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in embryonic development, mature organ formation and morphological maintenance. With the further study, we found that the abnormal activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway is involved in the formation and development of a variety of digestive system malignancies, such as gastric cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer and so on. To explore the role of Hedgehog signaling pathway in the formation and development of digestive system malignant tumors will be helpful for the study of the molecular mechanism of the pathogenesis of digestive system malignancies and provide important theoretical and experimental basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive system malignant tumors.
