炎性体是一类细胞内的大分子多蛋白复合体,通过调节半胱天冬酶-1(caspase-1)的活性而进一步调节促炎细胞因子如白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素18(IL-18)的成熟和释放,在固有免疫系统中发挥重要的作用。炎性体作为细胞内病原体感染和宿主自身产生的危险相关分子的感受器参与多种神经系统疾病的发生,包括脑膜炎,脑卒中,阿尔茨海默病和中枢神经系统损伤等。本文就不同炎性体在中枢神经系统的表达及炎性体在中枢神经系统损伤中的作用机制作一论述。
