应用核酸原位杂交技术,对西北地区鼻咽癌60例,鼻咽粘膜慢性炎症30例和40例鼻咽外恶性肿瘤组织进行了细胞EBV-DNA检测,发现鼻咽癌细胞EBV-DNA阳性率71.6%,其它肿瘤均阴性;在鼻咽粘膜慢性炎症及癌旁上皮组织中也可发现少数EBV-DNA阳性细胞。在上述60例鼻咽癌中,随机抽取12例患者,对其血清中EB病毒抗体与癌细胞中EBV-DNA相关性进行研究,发现两者具有明显的相关性。上述结果证实,在西北地区鼻咽癌发生中,EB病毒可能具有病因学意义。
Using nucleic acid in situ hybridization technique, cell EBV-DNA was detected in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 30 cases of chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal mucosa, and 40 cases of nasopharyngeal malignant tumor tissues in Northwest China. The positive rate of EBV-DNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells was found. 71.6%, other tumors were negative; a small number of EBV-DNA positive cells could also be found in the chronic inflammation of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and adjacent epithelial tissues. In the above 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 12 patients were randomly selected. The correlation between Epstein-Barr virus antibody and EBV-DNA in cancer cells was studied and it was found that there was a significant correlation between them. The above results confirm that EB virus may have etiological significance in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the northwest region.
