90年代中期以来,一种新的管理形式--知识管理开始出现并引起了人们的重视。几年来,西方管理学界人士关于知识管理的研究文献与日俱增,一些国际大公司如:微软公司、本田公司、IBM等纷纷开展知识管理实践,并取得了一定的成效。目前,知识管理已经成为各部门行业的管理者、管理界学者、信息专家所讨论与研究的热门课题。本文对知识管理的特征、目标、任务等方面作了分析,并重点论述了企业知识管理实践中的运行机制、绩效机制、奖惩机制。
Since the mid-1990s, a new form of management, knowledge management, has emerged and attracted attention. Over the past few years, there has been an increasing number of research literature on knowledge management among western management scholars. Some international companies such as Microsoft Corporation, Honda Corporation, and IBM have carried out knowledge management practices and achieved certain results. At present, knowledge management has become a hot topic discussed and studied by managers in various sectors, scholars in management circles, and information experts. This article analyzes the characteristics, goals, tasks and other aspects of knowledge management, and focuses on the operating mechanism, performance mechanism, reward and punishment mechanism in the enterprise knowledge management practice.
