PCB板缺陷识别算法的设计与实现是系统成败的关键,因为针对不同类型的对象和不同缺陷,正确地选择和采用PCB板缺陷检测算法尤为重要。目前,常用的PCB板缺陷检测算法主要有3大类:参考比较法、非参考比较法和混合法。在分析这3类方法的基础上,结合所检测的对象特点,提出适合与工厂实际的缺陷检测策略,即采用参考法思想,来对PCB板上典型元器件的焊接缺陷进行检测。并在缺陷检测出来后,根据各类型缺陷的特点,对缺陷进一步的识别。
The design and implementation of PCB board defect recognition algorithm is the key to the success or failure of the system because it is very important to select and adopt the PCB board defect detection algorithm correctly for different types of objects and different defects. At present, the commonly used PCB board defect detection algorithms are mainly three categories: reference comparison method, non-reference comparison method and hybrid method. Based on the analysis of these three kinds of methods, combined with the characteristics of the detected object, the paper proposed a suitable defect detection strategy with the factory, that is, using the reference method to detect the welding defects of the typical components on the PCB. After the defect is detected, the defect is further identified according to the characteristics of each type of defect.
