1992年9月至1996年2月共施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Lc）5355例，切除胆囊结石合并早期胆囊癌7例，占Lc术的0．13％，现分析如下。1临床资料本组男性3例，女性4例；年龄60～79岁，平均年龄67．2岁。全组病人均有右L腹痛，病史1．5～5年，其中1例术前表现右上腹绞痛．发热和轻度黄疽
From September 1992 to February 1996, a total of 5355 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Lc) were performed. Seven cases of gallbladder carcinoma with early gallbladder cancer were resected, accounting for 0.13% of Lc surgeries. The analysis is as follows. 1 clinical data in this group of 3 males and 4 females; aged 60 to 79 years, mean age 67.2 years. All patients had right L abdominal pain, history of 1.5 to 5 years, of which 1 case of preoperative abdominal cramps. Fever and mild jaundice
