以刚果(金)地区某矿业公司铜钴矿为原料,采用硫酸浸出-还原剂法,研究了还原剂加入量、调浆底水对钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:100 g滤饼加入0-1 g亚硫酸钠时,随着亚硫酸钠加入量的增加,浸出残渣中钴的含量随之降低(0.36%-0.11%),钴的浸出率增加;当亚硫酸钠加入量>1g时,浸出残渣中的钴含量变化不大(0.11%-0.093),钴的浸出率无明显增加;当清水调浆不加亚硫酸钠时,钴的浸出率仅为28%;当以电解贫液调浆不加亚硫酸钠时,钴的浸出率达到74%。由此得到钴矿浸出还原剂亚硫酸钠与原矿滤饼的最佳比例为1:100。
Taking the copper-cobalt mine of a mining company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) as raw material, the effect of adding reducing agent and mixing bottom water on cobalt leaching rate was studied by sulfuric acid leaching-reducing agent method. The results showed that with the addition of 0-1 g sodium sulfite, the content of cobalt in leaching residue decreased with the addition of sodium sulfite (0.36% -0.11%), and the leaching rate of cobalt increased. When the amount of sodium sulfite > 1g, the content of cobalt in the leached residue was not changed much (0.11% -0.093), the leaching rate of cobalt did not increase obviously. When the water was added without sodium sulfite, the leaching rate of cobalt was only 28% Liquid slurry without sodium sulfite, cobalt leaching rate of 74%. As a result, the optimal ratio of cobalt mine leaching reductant sodium sulfite to the raw ore cake is 1: 100.
