分析了三门核电一期工程BOP进度计划的特点及管理中遇到的问题,结合一期工程BOP进度计划管理实践,提出了相应的管理举措,为后续AP1000项目的推广和标准化提供借鉴与建议。
Analyzed the characteristics of BOP progress plan of Sanmen NPP Phase I Project and the problems encountered in management, and put forward corresponding management measures in combination with the BOP schedule management practice of Phase I Project to provide references and suggestions for the promotion and standardization of subsequent AP1000 projects .
