目的建立清胃合剂盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相HPLC法同时测定清胃合剂中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量。流动相为乙腈-0.1 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(25∶75),检测波长265 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱质量浓度为14.5~232 mg·L-1,黄芩苷质量浓度为35.5~568 mg·L-1时线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为103.15%和100.27%。结论本法测定结果准确,适用于该制剂的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of content of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Qingwei mixture. Methods The contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Qingwei mixture were determined by reversed-phase HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (25:75) and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results The berberine hydrochloride concentration was 14.5 ~ 232 mg · L-1, and the baicalin concentration was 35.5-586 mg · L-1. The average recoveries were 103.15% and 100.27% respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, suitable for the determination of the content of the preparation.
