医院存在多种多样的病原菌,注意手卫生对疾病的控制和预防有着十分重要的作用。目前,我院普遍存在医务人员手卫生认知程度低、洗手与卫生手消毒方法不正确、手卫生设施不完善、手卫生的管理制度不完善等现象。因此,应采取措施提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。本文简要介绍医务人员手卫生依从性现状及持续改进对策。 There are a variety of pathogenic bacteria in the hospital, pay attention to hand hygiene on disease control and prevention has a very important role. At present, the prevalence of medical staff in our hospital hand hygiene awareness is low, hand and health hand disinfection methods are not correct, hand hygiene facilities are not perfect, hand hygiene management system imperfection and so on. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical workers. This article briefly introduces the hand hygiene compliance status of medical personnel and measures for continuous improvement.
