本文从国家课程设置和实践中出现的问题的角度,对小学信息技术教育的总目标定位为信息素养提出了质疑,然后根据亲身的和一些同行的实践,从小学生的能力、亚文化和“文化—技术”一体的儿童数字文化创作课程等方面,试图论证小学信息技术的总目标是包含了信息素养的数字文化素养,并给出了数字文化素养的定义。
In this paper, from the point of view of the problems that arise in the national curriculum setup and practice, this article questions the general goal orientation of information technology education in primary schools for information literacy, and then from the personal and some peer practice, from the perspectives of primary school students’ abilities, subcultures, Culture and technology "as one of the children’s digital culture creation curriculum, the overall objective of trying to demonstrate that elementary school information technology includes digital literacy of information literacy and gives the definition of digital literacy.
