本文针对我国目前不同区域领导干部考核的一刀切带来的问题,构建了地方党政领导干部差别化的考评机制,具有实施的可行性和借鉴意义。
This article aims at the problems caused by the one-size-fits-all assessment of the leading cadres in different regions in our country at present, and establishes the differential evaluation evaluation mechanism for the leading cadres in local governments. It has the feasibility and reference significance for its implementation.
