The trait-based questionnaire, symptom self-rating scale and psychological control scale were used to evaluate the pre- and post-test. The positive coping factors of outcome 1 trait coping were significantly higher than those before psychological counseling (t = 4.514, P = 0.001) and negative coping factors decreased significantly (t = -3.405, P = 0.006) 2.911, P = 0.014) and the opportunity factor (t = 3.89, P = 0.003) were significantly lower than those before the group psychological counseling, but the internal control factors were increased but not significantly. Somatization (t = 2.614, P (T = 5.694, P = 0.000), anxiety (t = 4.476, P = 0.001), hostility (t = 3.678, P = 0.004) Terror (t = 2.708, P = 0.020), paranoid (t = 5.491, P = 0.000) and other symptoms (t = 3.286, P = 0.007) were significantly reduced. Conclusion Group counseling is feasible and effective to improve the coping style, psychological control and physical and mental health of high-pressure college students.
