建立了旋转靶的三维模型并对其进行了网格划分,利用ANSYS Workbench Fluent对旋转靶的温度分布进行了计算,得到了靶面温度分布云图。最后将FLUENT计算出的温度分布数据提取出来,并将之作为温度载荷引入至ANSYS Mechanical,利用间接热分析法对旋转靶进行了热应力分析,得到了不同管压下的旋转靶等效应力及总位移分布云图。
The three-dimensional model of the rotating target is established and meshed. The temperature distribution of the rotating target is calculated by ANSYS Workbench Fluent, and the temperature profile of the target surface is obtained. Finally, the temperature distribution data calculated by FLUENT is extracted and imported into ANSYS Mechanical as the temperature load. The thermal stress analysis of the rotating target is carried out by indirect thermal analysis, and the equivalent stress of the rotating target under different tube pressures is obtained.
