[目的]分析4个蓖麻杂交种的生产适应性和稳定性,探讨AMMI模型在品种评价中的应用方法。[方法]应用AMMI模型及双标图对4个蓖麻杂交组合2008-2009年多点试验的产量性状进行稳定性分析,进而评价各参试组合的稳定性和适应性。[结果]AMMI模型分析表明,交互作用主成分轴奇异值IPCA1、IPCA2两项共解释了92.24%的互作变异,AMMI模型不仅最大程度地反应互作变异,而且能准确地分析品种的适应能力和稳产性。[结论]AMMI模型把方差分析和主成分分析结合在一起,相对于传统的方差分析方法提高了精确度。甚至能够对自身没有结果能力的雌性系,也可以通过鉴定其F1代的基因和环境的互作效应,间接评价雌性系的适应性。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the production adaptability and stability of 4 castor hybrids and discuss the application of AMMI in variety evaluation. [Method] The AMMI model and double-plot plot were used to analyze the stability of four castor-oil hybrid combinations from 2008 to 2009 and to evaluate the stability and adaptability of the combinations. [Result] The AMMI model analysis showed that the interaction principal component axis singular value IPCA1, IPCA2 two explained a total of 92.24% of the interaction variability, AMMI model not only reflects the maximum interaction variability, but also accurately analyze the adaptability of varieties And stability of production. [Conclusion] The AMMI model combines analysis of variance and principal component analysis, and improves the accuracy compared with the traditional ANOVA. It is even possible to evaluate the adaptability of female lines indirectly by identifying female lines that have no ability to produce results and by identifying the interaction between genes and environment in their F1 generation.
