目的分析开化县达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准后多部门联动综合治理所取得的成效,为达标地区巩固血防成果提供经验。方法采取回顾性调查法,收集1996-2015年开化县查灭螺和环境改造资料,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 1996-2015年开化县累计查出螺点2 635个,有螺面积102.75 hm~2,解剖钉螺12.54万只,未发现感染性钉螺,累计灭螺面积4 932.98 hm~2,环境改造综合治理有效压缩了钉螺面积。结论开化县以环境改造为主的综合治理方式进一步巩固了血防成果,但仍需重点做好螺情监测工作。
Objective To analyze the achievements made by multi-sectoral integrated management after the standard of blocking schistosomiasis transmission was reached in Kaihua County and to provide experience for consolidating the results of blood-borne diseases in the standard areas. Methods A retrospective investigation method was used to collect the data of check snail and environmental reconstruction in Kaihua County from 1996 to 2015, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results In 1996-2015, a total of 2 635 snails were found in Kaihua County, with a snail area of 102.75 hm ~ 2 and 125.4 snails were dissected. No infectious snails were found, and the total molluscidal snail area was 4932.98 hm ~ 2. Comprehensive environmental remediation Effective compression of snail area. Conclusions Kaihua County has further consolidated its achievements in blood-disease prevention and treatment with the comprehensive management mode based on environmental reconstruction. However, it still needs to focus on the monitoring of the snails.
