目的检测凋亡抑制因子Survivin在各期皮肤真性血管瘤中的表达情况,探讨其在血管瘤发病机制中的作用以及在临床分子治疗中的意义。方法利用免疫组化SP染色法显示Survivin在增生期、退化期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织中的表达情况,并运用病理图文报告管理系统处理染色结果,比较各组表达差异有无统计学意义。结果Survivin在增生期血管瘤、退化期血管瘤和正常皮肤组织中的光密度值分别是(0.2449±0.0135)、(0.1648±0.0217)和(0.1789±0.0126),增生期组与其他两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Survivin可能通过在增生期血管瘤中高表达来调控血管内皮细胞的凋亡,在皮肤血管瘤的病理演变过程中发挥一定的作用。
Objective To detect the expression of Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis, in various stages of true hemangiomas and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of hemangiomas and its significance in clinical molecular therapy. Methods The expression of Survivin in proliferative phase, degenerative hemangioma and normal skin tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP staining. The staining results were analyzed by pathology graphic report management system. The difference of expression of each group was statistically significant . Results The optical density values of Survivin in proliferative hemangioma, degenerative hemangioma and normal skin tissue were (0.2449 ± 0.0135), (0.1648 ± 0.0217) and (0.1789 ± 0.0126), respectively. The difference between the proliferative phase group and other two groups There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Survivin may regulate the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells by hyperproliferative hemangiomas and may play a role in the pathological changes of cutaneous hemangiomas.
