目的:观察灵芝多糖抗老年大鼠皮肤衰老作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分成6组,青年空白组及老年对照组每天口服普通生理盐水,治疗组按组给予不同剂量灵芝多糖提取物,阳性对照组每天灌胃口服维生素E。共给药喂养60天,处死大鼠取其皮肤作相关生化指标测定。结果:各组羟脯氨酸和SOD含量均高于老年对照组,灵芝多糖提高羟脯氨酸和SOD含量呈剂量依赖性。结论:灵芝多糖提取物可有效缓解皮肤衰老。
Objective: To observe the effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on skin aging in the aged rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Normal saline was given orally to the young group and the elderly control group. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides extract of different dosages were given to the treatment group. The positive control group was orally administered with vitamin E orally daily. A total of feeding for 60 days, sacrificed rats to take the skin for the relevant biochemical indicators. Results: The levels of hydroxyproline and SOD in each group were higher than those in the control group. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide increased the content of hydroxyproline and SOD in a dose - dependent manner. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extract can effectively relieve skin aging.
