近日,胜利油田石油工程技术研究院注水所科研人员在孤东GO7-41N245井首次实施水力自动调压节能注水试验获成功,为油田注水井的井下调压增注增添了一项新的利器。该技术主要针对注水井井内层间矛盾突出、高渗层节流注水浪费而低渗层压力不足造成欠注等问题开展攻关,在不增加新的耗能设备下,利用调压装置将高渗层水嘴节流损失的能量向低渗层转化调配,增加低渗层的注水压力,完成高低渗层之间注水压力的重新分配,实现能量合理转化,满足不同储层的注水需求。
