现有按许用压力角设计推杆平面凸轮机构基本尺寸的方法,只适用对心推杆平面凸轮机构,对偏置推杆平面凸轮机构,实际上是不能用的。本文提出了按许用压力角设计凸轮机构基本尺寸的解析法,给出了用解析法确定凸轮回转轴位置的可行区及确定最小基圆半径的数学表达式,最后举例说明方法的应用。
The existing method of designing the basic dimensions of the push rod plane cam mechanism according to the allowable pressure angle is only applicable to the push rod plane cam mechanism and the bias push rod plane cam mechanism and can not be practically used. In this paper, the analytical method of designing the basic dimensions of the cam mechanism according to the allowable pressure angle is presented. The feasible area for determining the position of the rotary axis of the cam and the mathematical expression for determining the radius of the minimum base circle are given. Finally, the application of the method is illustrated.
