在市场经济条件下,企业的竞争说到底是人才的竞争,拥有专用化技能或技艺的人才构成了企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。同时,人力资本作为资本形态存在对公司尤其是高新技术企业“资本雇佣劳动”的单边公司治理模式的冲击日益凸显。高新技术企业现行治理结构成为公司后续发展的制约因素,并导致专用性人力资本作用不能得到有效发挥。
