目的:优选白花蛇舌草中总环烯醚萜苷的提取工艺,为该药材的资源开发与利用提供参考。方法:以车叶草苷为指标成分,采用紫外分光光度法测定总环烯醚萜苷的含量,检测波长548 nm。以浸膏得率和总环烯醚萜苷含量的综合评分为指标,通过正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对白花蛇舌草中总环烯醚萜苷提取工艺的影响。结果:总环烯醚萜苷最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶8,提取时间2 h,提取数2次。总环烯醚萜苷质量分数22.85%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定合理,为白花蛇舌草中总环烯醚萜苷提取的工业化生产提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total iridoid glycosides in Hedyotis diffusa, and to provide references for the exploitation and utilization of resources of this herb. Methods: The content of total iridoid glycosides was determined by UV spectrophotometry with the carotenoid as an index component. The detection wavelength was 548 nm.
