利用单束飞秒激光直接烧蚀技术在钛合金Ti-6Al-4V表面上大面积制备一致的微纳米结构,实现了金属表面光学性质的极大改变。在不同加工参数下获得了3类不同的特征表面结构,如亚微米波纹结构、波纹覆盖的微凸起结构以及多孔结构,并且这3类表面结构特征分别对应着不同的视觉效果,使得钛合金表面分别展现出“彩色”、“蓝色”和“黑色”。初步探讨了不同表面结构特征的形成原因,以及该结构在改变金属表面光学性质中的作用。
The single-beam femtosecond laser direct ablation technique was used to fabricate a large area of uniform micro-nano structure on the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy surface, which realized the great change of the optical properties of the metal surface. Three different types of surface structures were obtained under different processing parameters, such as sub-micron corrugated structure, corrugated micro-convex structure and porous structure, and these three types of surface structure characteristics correspond to different visual effects, respectively, making the titanium alloy The surfaces show “Color”, “Blue” and “Black” respectively. The reasons for the formation of different surface structures and the role of the structure in changing the optical properties of metal surfaces are discussed.
