太极拳是东方古老文化遗产中一颗璀璨的明珠。自诞生之日起发展到今天,太极拳已成为一项世界性的运动,受到各国人民的喜爱。太极拳从生命学意义上为当代社会提供了一种已被亿万人的锻炼实践证明、经现代科学研究验证的太极健身运动方法。坚持参加太极拳的练习,能够明显地改善和提高人体不同系统的功能。太极拳是一种科学的健身方法。
Tai Chi is the eastern ancient cultural heritage in a bright pearl. From today’s birth to today, Taijiquan has become a worldwide movement, loved by all the people in the world. From the perspective of life science, Taijiquan provides contemporary society with a method of tai chi exercise that has been proven by hundreds of millions of people in practice and validated by modern scientific research.
